The Regional Access Project Foundation (RAP) recognized how vital nonprofits are to our communities — and founded the Technical Assistance Program in 1998, now named NPO Centric. Today, we partner with nonprofits across the Inland Empire and beyond, giving them tools and training to build their capacity and become vibrant and sustainable organizations.
